LIQUID FILLING MACHINE
This manual liquid filling machine is designed for efficient, user-friendly bottling operations. The unit features a thoughtful layout, equipping the right side with an ergonomic operating handle and the back with a 5-liter liquid inlet vessel. For precise dispensing control, a capacity adjustment screw with a visible level scale is conveniently located on the left side, while the front of the machine houses a secure bottle stand and an outlet tap.
To operate the machine, simply secure it to the floor, fill the rear vessel with up to 5 liters of liquid, and set your desired filling volume using the adjustment screw. Place an empty bottle on the front stand and turn the handle clockwise to dispense. For optimal safety and maintenance, operators should keep their hands clear of the rotating mechanism, completely empty the machine when it is not in active use, and ensure the unit is thoroughly cleaned and covered after every session.
