LAMINAR AIR FLOW (HORIZONTAL) WOODEN
This horizontal laminar airflow cabinet is constructed from 19mm thick Duraboard covered with sunmica on the outside and epoxy paint on the inside, featuring a Stainless Steel 304 work table enclosed by a 6mm acrylic front door and side panels. The filtration system utilizes a 5-micron pre-filter (99.00% efficiency) alongside an ISO Class 5 HEPA filter (99.97% to 0.3 micron) protected by a mesh guard, delivering frontward horizontal airflow at a velocity of 0.35 to 0.50 m/sec. Air is driven by a dynamically balanced 0.25 HP, 1440 RPM heavy-duty blower mounted on anti-vibration pads, keeping the noise level around 60 decibels. For utility and monitoring, the unit operates on a 230V single-phase A.C. power supply and includes independent switches for the blower, a 15/30W Philips UV lamp, and a 20/40W fluorescent light with a diffuser, as well as an inclined manometer with a 0-50mm range to measure pressure.
