This robust, double-walled unit is engineered for reliable thermal performance and durability in laboratory environments. The outer chamber is constructed from sturdy MS sheet and finished with a protective enamel paint, while the inner chamber is available in either anodized aluminum or premium stainless steel. To maximize energy efficiency and prevent thermal loss, the gap between the chambers is heavily insulated with high-grade glass wool.
Heating elements are strategically placed within the ribs at the bottom and sides to ensure uniform heat distribution. Inside, the chamber features adjustable ribs, allowing users to easily position the perforated shelves at their preferred height. For added convenience, the door is equipped with a glass viewing window, enabling clear inspection of samples without disrupting the internal temperature environment.
